1. How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

Once the order is confirmed, we will send you an email containing your order information including order number, product information, payment information, etc.

2. Can I cancel my order/product?

You may cancel your order before it ships. In this instance, we will process your refund and return it back to the original payment method you used to purchase the order. After the item has been shipped, the order cannot be        canceled. Please contact us for further assistance after receiving the item.

3. Can I add or delete products in my order?

Sorry, once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. Please contact us quickly and we will try to help you change the order.

4. I have a problem with my order.

We are sorry for the error! Please contact us and provide your order information and a picture of the product you were sent. We will respond to you as soon as possible.

5. How do I get a refund?

You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us and state the reason for the refund. We will reply to you as soon as possible and process the refund to you.
